In the fall of 2004, my mom and I went on a 4-week adventure through Austrailia and New Zealand. Wow, what a trip! Thanks, Mom!
We explored, we relaxed, we swam underwater, and we feasted. We also went on a 33.5 mile hike on what is known as the most beautiful walk in the world.
I must say that the best part of the whole trip was the group we journeyed with - the 25 misfits from all over the world collectively known as "Group 19". Good times.
Toward the end of the journey together I composed a song that I sang (with piano accompanyment by my friend, Bill) on the final night of the track. If you want to hear the song, go ahead and download it:
